Spark offers education, information and training services specifically for those that our, and working with children and young people aged between 5-25 who are living, attending school or receiving other services in Newham.  There is a special focus on those aged between 12-19.  In addition to the quarterly training programme, Spark also delivers tailor made training to all professionals working in Newham, including social workers, youth workers, statutory and children’s services and the criminal justice sector.
